Extreme Restaurant & Catering is a family owned and operated business. The restaurant is a welcoming environment where you get to know the owners and staff personally. As a quiet, reserved little restaurant, our most frequent visitors are those 50 and older. Along with catering weddings to baptism, we also cater to a wide assortment of holiday festivities including Christmas. Our food and services are so popular during that time of the year that we’re already booked solid all through December. Our executive chef Phil Calon loves cooking and has been working in the business for over 30 years now. He’s creative, trying out new sauces and dishes regularly. He’s always ready to cater to the dietary needs of his patrons. He also understands the trends of the restaurant and catering business enabling him to make realistic and feasible suggestions for all his patrons.
As one of our owners, Barb enjoys working directly with people. She’s formed great relationships with past patrons, catering baptisms, anniversaries, and weddings. Barb gets to know all her customers by name, and that’s a big part of why she loves her job so much. Barb is always prepared to go that extra mile for all her customers. For example, not only does she oversee the catering services, but she can offer a network of contacts for items like linen, silverware, and decorations.
